Quick Setup Guides
SwishRouter Broadband Setup
- Plug your SwishRouter into a standard power outlet.
- The router automatically connects using local 4G/5G signal.
- Wait 60–90 seconds for the lights to stabilise.
- Connect to the Wi-Fi network shown on the router label.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password from the same label.
VoIP Setup (Plus & Max Plans)
- Connect the Yealink DECT base station to any LAN port.
- Power on the handset.
- The phone auto-registers — no configuration required.
- If needed, restart both the router and handset.
Common Troubleshooting
Internet Not Working?
- Restart the router and wait 60–90 seconds.
- Move the router closer to a window for better signal.
- Check that power and network lights are solid.
- Try a wired Ethernet connection if available.
VoIP Not Making Calls?
- Ensure the Yealink base station is firmly connected.
- Restart the router and handset.
- Confirm your plan includes VoIP (Plus or Max).
- Check your broadband connection is active.
