1. General Conduct

• Do not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• You must not violate applicable UK or international laws.
• You are responsible for all activity using your account.

2. Network Abuse

• No spamming, DDoS attacks, network scanning, or hacking.
• Do not circumvent firewalls or security restrictions.
• Excessive bandwidth consumption may trigger throttling or suspension.

3. VoIP Usage

• VoIP may only be used for lawful voice calls.
• Autodialers, robocalls, or spam calling are strictly prohibited.
• VoIP service is provided under UK Ofcom regulations.

4. Commercial Misuse

• Residential plans may not be used for server hosting or resale.
• Do not operate public hotspots or proxy services on residential connections.

5. Content Restrictions

• No hosting or distribution of illegal, violent, or sexually exploitative content.
• SwishTelecoms reserves the right to remove or report such content to authorities.

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

We may monitor traffic patterns for operational and legal reasons. Breach of this AUP may result in warning, suspension, or immediate termination of service without refund.

7. Updates

This policy may be updated. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. The latest version will always be available on our website.
