Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all services provided by Swish World Group Ltd, trading as SwishTelecoms, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Pinnacle, 67 Albion Street, Leeds, LS1 5AA.
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the legal agreement between you, the customer (“you” or “your”), and Swish World Group Ltd trading as SwishTelecoms (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services We Provide
We provide wireless broadband internet and VoIP telephone services throughout the United Kingdom. Our service is delivered over 4G/5G cellular infrastructure via SwishRouters provided to you, the customer.
3. Customer Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must reside at an address in the UK where we confirm coverage and delivery capability.
- You must provide accurate personal and billing information.
4. Contract Duration
All plans are provided on a one-month rolling basis with no fixed term. You may cancel at any time with no exit fees.
5. Equipment
- Each broadband plan includes a pre-configured SwishRouter (TP-Link).
- The Plus and Max plans also include a Yealink DECT VoIP handset.
- Ownership of hardware transfers to the customer after 3 consecutive months of active paid service.
6. Billing & Payments
- All services are billed monthly in advance by card payment.
- If payment fails or is reversed, service may be suspended after 5 days of non-payment.
- VAT is included in advertised prices unless otherwise stated.
7. Service Activation
We aim to dispatch your router within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery times vary. Broadband and VoIP service activate immediately upon connection.
8. Speed & Reliability
Speeds vary depending on your location, signal strength, and cellular tower capacity. While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
- You must not engage in abuse, illegal activities, spamming, DDoS, or circumventing traffic management.
- Residential plans may not be used for business, server hosting, or reselling internet access.
- VoIP usage must comply with UK Ofcom regulations.
10. Fair Usage
We do not cap data, but we reserve the right to throttle or restrict service if your usage exceeds what is considered reasonable and affects network stability.
11. Suspension or Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel service without notice if you breach these terms.
- We may also suspend service during maintenance or in response to legal or regulatory requests.
12. Liability
Our total liability for loss or damage arising under or in connection with your contract shall not exceed the total value of one month’s service fees. We are not liable for consequential or indirect loss.
13. Complaints & Disputes
If you are dissatisfied, please contact support@swishtelecoms.com. If unresolved, you may escalate to legal-affairs@swishworldgroup.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
14. Amendments
We may revise these Terms from time to time. You will be notified by email or via our website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
